1. Purpose
This End User Agreement explains the rules for accessing and using Lowman Education's online system, digital resources, and account-based features. By accepting it, the user confirms they are using the system for legitimate school, district, or authorized professional purposes.
2. Account Access
Users must provide accurate information, maintain control of their login credentials, and use only the accounts assigned to them. Shared credentials, impersonation, or attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
3. Permitted Use
Authorized users may access materials and features provided through the system for classroom, instructional, planning, reporting, purchasing, or administrative purposes tied to their role. Access is limited to the products, subscriptions, and permissions granted to that user or organization.
4. Restrictions
- Users may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, or resell protected materials beyond the rights granted by Lowman Education.
- Users may not attempt to disrupt the system, extract data in bulk, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with another user's access.
- Users may not upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content into the platform.
5. Data and Privacy
The system may store account, profile, usage, and agreement-acceptance data needed to operate the service, support users, and document compliance. Privacy handling remains subject to the posted privacy policy and any applicable customer or district agreements.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, curriculum materials, branding, and software-related assets remain the property of Lowman Education or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of this agreement grants use rights only, not ownership.
7. Suspension or Termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if a user violates this agreement, loses organizational authorization, or uses the platform in a way that creates legal, operational, or security risk.
8. Updates to the Agreement
Lowman Education may update this agreement from time to time. If the agreement changes materially, users can be prompted to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the system.
